Grace's First Birthday

I made this for my good friend Michelle's daughter, Grace. The bottom tier is a 10" vanilla cake with fresh cut strawberries and strawberry cream filling. The middle tier is an 8" chocolate cake with a rainbow chip vanilla filling. And the top tier is my favorite... it is Grace's "smash cake" and made to match the cupcake theme of the party.

Mindy's Birthday

This cake is an 8 inch square chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling, all covered and decorated with fondant.

Yolanda's Black-n-White Birthday

This cake was fun to make because of the interesting design patterns and the toppers, of course! It was Yolanda's husband's birthday as well, hence the cigar.

She also asked for little side cake to celebrate the birthdays of the little ones.

Amanda's Baby Shower

Samantha's Third Birthday

This is my second time making a castle cake. The first time I made it with buttercream, this time I used fondant.

This cake is 8" and 12" white cakes with strawberry filling, covered with fondant. It feeds 64 people.

Welcome Baby Grace

I made this cake for my good friend Michelle's baby shower and it is definitely my favorite cake so far.

This is a 6" and 10" round cake. It is made with white cake and a strawberry cream filling, covered and decorated with fondant, and it fed 50 people.

Erika's Wedding Cake

This cake is four tiers; the top and bottom tiers are red velvet cake with a cream cheese filling. The second tier (from the top) is a humming bird cake with a cream cheese filling, and the third tier is white cake with a lemon filling. This cake is all decorated with an ivory buttercream.

Chili Cook Off Cake

Renae and Mike's Wedding Cake
